Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for supporting Great Northern Heresy. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
Event Ticket Refunds
Tickets purchased for events (including tournaments, gaming days, and other scheduled activities) may be refunded if canceled at least 14 days prior to the event date. This allows us to adjust venue arrangements and maintain event quality.

Refund Deadline: 14 days before the scheduled event.

No Refunds: After the 14-day mark, we are unable to offer refunds, as venue bookings and logistics have already been finalized.
If we cancel or reschedule an event for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a future event.
To request a ticket cancellation and refund, please contact us with your order number and the product name.
Merchandise Returns
We have a 30-day return policy for physical products (such as merchandise), which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact form. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original, unused condition with proof of purchase.
Refund Timeline
Once your return or event refund is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
